Ky Boyd hosted Greg Laemmle, head of the Laemmle theater chain in Los Angeles, on the Rialto Cinemas Big Friday Movie Segment on the The Drive with Steve Jaxon & Harry Duke on KSRO. Greg is the centerpiece of the new documentary Only in Theatres, which tells the story of the the 84-year old family-owned movie theater chain and the Laemmles’ attempts to keep their art house cinemas going in the age of streaming and a pandemic.

The film will screen at the Rialto Cinemas in Sebastopol on Wednesday, March 1 at 7pm. Greg Laemmle and director Raphael Sbarge will be in attendance and holding a Q & A after the screening.
